LexiFlow Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using LexiFlow (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

You retain all rights to the business data, product information, sales records, and other content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant LexiFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
